Tournament info

Changing room:
The teams that spend the night at school must also dress about there. Stay there overnight at the campsite, must change over to the campsite. There will be 2 changing rooms in the clubhouse which can be used by campers. The teams that go home between the play days will have designated changing rooms in the clubhouse.

Wash off kit
If your team wants to get the gamekits washed by Saturday and Sunday, we refer to
Fredericia Møntvask, Gothersgade 47, 7000 Fredericia.

Arrival by train.
For teams arriving by train to Fredericia and staying at the Kirstinebjerg School (Dept. Indre Ringvej and Dept. Havepladsvej  and Erritsø Common School (Dept. of Krogsager go Afd. Højmosen), there will be a shuttle bus from the train station to the schools, Friday between. 16:00 – 18:00.
Please let us know the time of your arrival at sek@madsbypigecup.dk by 1 June at noon. 18.00. Then we will inform the buses about your arrival.

Shuttle bus
For teams that stay at the Kirstinebjerg schools (Department of Inner Ring Road and Dept. Garden Square Road) and Erritsø Community School (Dept. of Krogsagervej and Dept. Højmose), free shuttle buses will run between the schools and Madsby during the entire event.
Friday from. 16:00 – 22:00
Saturday from. 06:30 – 22:00
Sunday from noon 06:30 – 18:00

T-shirts
Upon arrival, this year’s Madsby Girl Cup T-shirts will be handed out to the participants.
This is done by checking in at the event office, where you also receive handed bracelets and some surprises.
prize giving ceremony
As the teams are knocked out of the tournament, there will be a medal / prize ceremony on the clubhouse’s balcony.
There are medals for all participants as well as personal prizes for number one and two in each level.
There are a maximum of 10 prizes for 5-man teams, 14 prizes for 8-man teams and 16 prizes for 11 men’s teams.
Have your club song ready!

Pennants
There is a tradition that clubs change pennants when they are in summer conventions. So remember to bring pennants from your club. Holdenes can exchange pennants at the referee’s draw.

Balls for heating
Remember to bring your own balls for heating.

Participant Bracelet:
The participant cards are handed out as a bracelet at check in to the event. There are different participant cards. These must be worn throughout the event – also in the fighting.
A and B cards cover accommodation Friday and Saturday night.
C card covers overnight on Saturday night.
A-cards cover all meals from Friday evening to Sunday dinner.
B-cards cover all meals from Saturday morning to Sunday dinner
C-cards cover all meals from Saturday evening to Sunday dinner.
D-card covers event participation and lunch both Saturday and Sunday.
E-cards cover event participation without accommodation and meals.

All meals are served in “The Great Food Tent” in Madsby.

07:00 – 09:00. Breakfast (A and B card)
11:00 – 14:00: Breakfast (A and B cards)
